Payment methods: We only accept the payment methods indicated to you during the ordering process. We reserve the right not to offer certain payment methods for every order and to refer to other payment methods. Please note that we generally only accept payments from accounts in Switzerland and within the European Union (EU). You are responsible for paying possible costs resulting from a money transfer. Payment by credit card: In the case of purchase by credit card, your credit card account will be debited immediately upon conclusion of the contract.
Payments with invoice: Unless otherwise agreed, invoices are payable within 15 days from the invoice date. We may demand payment in advance without stating reasons.
Late payment: If your payment is not made within 15 of the due date, you will be in default. In this case, we reserve the right to charge you a reminder fee in addition to the invoice amount. The outstanding invoice amount (including interest on arrears and dunning fees) can be handed in or sold for the purpose of collection. In addition to the payment of the invoice amount, you are also obliged to reimburse all costs incurred as a result of late
payment. Furthermore, we reserve the right to claim damages.
