By engaging in these services or using this website, you acknowledge and agree to the following disclaimer:
 

1. Not a Guarantee of Employment:

The Coach/Advisor will work with you to develop a career plan and provide you with strategies for job searching. However, the Coach/Advisor cannot guarantee job placement or specific career outcomes. Career success depends on various factors, including market conditions, individual effort, and circumstances beyond the Coach/Advisor's control.

 

2. Individualized Guidance:

The advice and guidance provided by the Coach/Advisor are based on your unique background, skills, and goals. The Coach/Advisor will strive to offer tailored recommendations, but it is essential to recognize that results may vary. The Coach/Advisor is not a licensed therapist.

 

3. Confidentiality:

All information shared with the Coach/Advisor during the advisory and coaching sessions will be kept confidential unless required by law or professional ethics.

 

4. No Legal or Financial Advice:

The Coach/Advisor is not a lawyer or financial advisor, and their guidance should not be construed as legal or financial advice. It is recommended that you seek professional counsel for legal or financial matters.

 

5. Responsibility for Decisions:

6. No Guarantees of Outcomes:

You acknowledge that you have reviewed and agreed to the Coach/Advisor's fees for their services. Payment is expected in accordance with the terms discussed and agreed upon between you and the Coach/Advisor.

 

9. Cancellation and Rescheduling:

You understand that the Coach/Advisor has a cancellation and rescheduling policy, and you agree to adhere to it. See under Terms and Conditions.

 

10. Feedback and Communication:

Open and honest communication is crucial for a successful coaching relationship. If you have concerns or feedback about the services provided, you are encouraged to discuss them with the Coach/Advisor to address any issues promptly.

12. Not a therapy

Client is solely responsible for creating and implementing his/her own physical, mental and  emotional well-being, decisions, choices, actions and results arising out of or resulting from the  coaching relationship and his/her coaching calls and interactions with the Coach/Advisor. As such, the Client  agrees that the Coach/Advisor is not and will not be liable or responsible for any actions or inaction, or for any  direct or indirect result of any services provided by the Coach/Advisor. Client understands coaching is not therapy and does not substitute for therapy if needed, and does not prevent, cure, or treat any mental  disorder or medical disease. 

 

Client acknowledges that coaching is a comprehensive process that may involve different areas of  his or her life, including work, finances, health, relationships, education and recreation. The Client  agrees that deciding how to handle these issues, incorporate coaching principles into those areas and  implementing choices is exclusively the Client’s responsibility. 

 

Client acknowledges that coaching does not involve the diagnosis or treatment of mental disorders and that coaching is not to be used as a substitute  for counseling, psychotherapy, psychoanalysis, mental health care, substance abuse treatment, or other  professional advice by legal, medical or other qualified professionals and that it is the Client’s exclusive  responsibility to seek such independent professional guidance as needed. If Client is currently under  the care of a mental health professional, it is recommended that the Client promptly inform the mental  health care provider of the nature and extent of the coaching relationship agreed upon by the Client  and the Coach/Advisor. 

 

The Client understands that in order to enhance the coaching relationship, the Client agrees to  communicate honestly, be open to feedback and assistance and to create the time and energy to  participate fully in the program.

 

13. Limited Liability

We make no guarantees, representations or warranties of any kind or nature, express or implied with respect to the  services negotiated, agreed upon and rendered. In no event shall the Coach/Advisor be liable to the Client for any indirect, consequential or special damages. Notwithstanding any damages that the Client may incur, the Coach/Advisor’s entire liability and the Client’s exclusive remedy, shall be limited to the  amount actually paid by the Client to the Coach/Advisor under this Agreement for all coaching services  rendered through and including the termination date. 

 

14. Termination

Either the Client or the Coach/Advisor may terminate a signed Coaching Agreement at any time with 1 week written notice. Client agrees to compensate the Coach/Advisor for all coaching services rendered through and including the  effective date of termination of the coaching relationship. 

 

By engaging in career coaching and job search advisory services with the Coach/Advisor, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and accepted this disclaimer. 

 

You understand that the Coach/Advisor's role is to provide guidance and support, but your success ultimately depends on your efforts and actions.

 

This disclaimer serves as an agreement between you and the Coach/Advisor and outlines the terms and conditions governing the coaching and advisory services provided. If you do not agree with any part of this disclaimer, please do not proceed with booking any advisory or coaching services.
