Feeling stuck in your career? Don't know how to define your ideal path? This transformative and private coaching program is all about helping you unleash your full potential. It is designed to empower job seekers with the clarity and direction needed to set and achieve meaningful career goals. Whether you're returning to work after a break, recently moved to Switzerland and are in search of your next career move, or recent graduate, or looking to make a career change, or simply seeking greater fulfilment in your current role, this program is here to support you. Format: 1 : 1 Online career coaching sessions Number of sessions: 4 x 60 minutes Duration: maximum 2 months from the first session Flexible duration: 1-2 months I understand that everyone's career path is unique, progress takes time, and there's no one-size-fits-all approach. That's why the program spans one to two months. In case we do not need the four coaching sessions, the unused sessions will not be billed. Payment is requested only when a session is booked. What to expect: - Introductory session: I'll get to know you, your background and your career aspirations. - Goal-setting: Together, we'll define clear and achievable career goals tailored to your ambitions. - Personalised coaching: Four private coaching sessions will provide you with inspiring questions to consider and guidance to explore other points of view or ways of thinking. Your career journey is a personal one. This package ensures that you're equipped with the knowledge and confidence to make the right choices. How to get started: - Book your first coaching session online. - Receive a booking confirmation with a link to a preliminary questionnaire to be filled out before our first coaching session. - Receive your Google Meet link and career coaching documents in separate emails.* - Read and confirm your agreement of the documents before our first session. - Come to our session with curiosity and an open mind. *Career coaching is a highly sensitive matter. For that reason, I have prepared special documents that should be signed/agreed in advance. These forms aim to set clear expectations and serve to protect both the client and the coach. Cancellation Policy
It is the Client's responsibility to notify the Refined Career 24 hours in advance of the scheduled calls/meetings in case of cancellation. Refined Career by Ágnes Pákozdi reserves the right to bill Client for a missed meeting. Refined Career by Ágnes Pákozdi will attempt in good faith to reschedule the missed meeting.
