This comprehensive three-month, one-on-one online job search mentoring program is designed to give you the skills, strategies and confidence needed to successfully navigate the competitive job market. Format: 1 : 1 Online job search mentoring sessions Number of sessions: 5 x 90 minutes Support: ongoing via email during the program Duration: maximum 3 months from the first session Price: CHF 1670/Program Payment: full amount is due in advance when booking the first session Program content: 1. Job search preparation - Clarifying the job search process: get an overview of the job search stages and your task list - Exploring your goals: identify your targeted field, industry and profession - Defining your job requirements: determine your job preferences - Establishing a backup plan: develop an alternative strategy - Evaluating possible study options: analyse further education or training to enhance your qualifications - Reviewing your CV & LinkedIn profile: ensure your CV and LinkedIn profile align with Swiss job market requirements 2. Job search, finding people and companies - Finding the right people: identify the right networking groups - Discovering and analysing your dream companies - Seeking out the right jobs: identify in-demand positions and roles that can serve as stepping stones to your dream job 3. Active application - Presenting yourself: Search, Connect, Give, Learn and Repeat - Preparing for your dream-job applications: learn the steps to take before applying online - Submitting your application package: craft and submit a compelling job application 4. Interview preparation - Getting ready for interviews: receive guidance on how to prepare effectively, including common interview questions and best practices - Navigating job offers: learn how to handle job offers and negotiate your salary - Ensuring a smooth transition: get practical tips to help you get ready for your new role Supporting tools included in the program: - Questionnaire and pre-analysis to understand your current job search situation - Swiss job search platform links with recruiters and volunteer opportunities - Supporting resources for CV and motivation-letter writing - Resources for optimising your LinkedIn profile - Resources for interview preparation I look forward to working with you and taking your job search to the next level! Cancellation Policy
Private coaching or advisors session: It is the Client's responsibility to notify the Refined Career 24 hours in advance of the scheduled calls/meetings in case of cancellation. Refined Career by Ágnes Pákozdi reserves the right to bill Client for a missed meeting. Refined Career by Ágnes Pákozdi will attempt in good faith to reschedule the missed meeting. Contact directly at agnes.pakozdi@refined-career.ch in case of cancellation. Group sessions, workshops, trainings, events: Refunds will not be provided if the cancellation occurs within 24 hours of the event's commencement. Nevertheless, if you provide a minimum of 24 hours' notice, your payment can be applied as a credit towards one of my comparable services.
